“We don write FG, we don beg, we don wait. Now, we dey demand ₦2.5 million per lecturer. If dem no pay us, strike go happen,” ASUU talk.
FG Never Respond, Lecturers Don Tire
So far, Federal Government never drop any clear response to ASUU’s latest demand. Because of that, tension don dey build up for campuses across di country.
Some lecturers talk say dem dey ready to down tools again if FG no show serious action. Many of dem don already face months of unpaid wages, and some even dey talk say dem no fit afford basic needs.
If strike really happen, millions of students go suffer. Academic calendars go scatter, final-year students go delay, and di entire university system fit enter another round of wahala.
